All cross-country athletes must pick up their t-shirts at Sukup End Zone at Jack Trice Stadium (1732 S 4th St, Ames, IA 50011)
All ages and genders of the 5K will run together in one race starting at 8:00 am.
The 5K race will be a chip timed.
July 12, 2025
Gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded in each age division.

Athletes receive a cotton t-shirt with their entry fee. For $12, athletes can upgrade to a dri-fit shirt during registration. The deadline to order a shirt is June 19.
