All ages and genders of the 7.5K will run together in one race starting at 8:00 am. All ages and genders of the 4.2K will run together in one race starting at 9:00 am.
The 7.5K and 4.2K races will be chip timed.

Gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded in each age division.
Live results will be available. A link will be posted here once available.
Athletes will receive a T-shirt. T-Shirts will be available at the course.
