In response to COVID-19, we have asked our employees to work remotely as much as possible. We are continually monitoring the situation, staying up-to-date with state and federal recommendations for hosting events. In regards to future events, we will continue to update as needed. All event updates will be posted via Facebook and Twitter as well as sent through email.
In the event that the sport that you signed up for is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, your sports registration fee will be refunded or you can elect to have a credit for a future event. The nominal 5% credit card processing fee cannot be refunded as those expenses are incurred through the credit card companies and our registration vendor.
In the event that you or your team must drop out because of a positive COVID-19 test or pending results of a COVID-19 test, a credit will be given for future events.
