Men and women will compete in four of seven possible events which may include: Farmers Walk, Tire Flip, Vehicle Pull, Loading Relay, Arm Over Arm Pull, Ground to Overhead Relay, Car Deadlift, and/or Overhead Press. Events will be decided on the day of competition. Event directors have the right to change events day of competition for site conditions and safety of the athletes (i.e. weather conditions, etc.).
Weight Classes for Women (140 lbs & Under, 141 – 165 lbs, and 166 lbs & Over)
Weight Casses for Men (175 lbs & Under, 176-200, 201-231, 232-265, 266-300, 301 & Over)
Master’s Division for athletes 40 & Older (Weight classes will depend upon entries)
To improve competition flow, some divisions and events may run simultaneously or side by side.

*NOTE: This is a natural meet (no athletes allowed that have used anabolic steroids or strength inducing hormones).
Athletes must be 18 or older on the date of competition.

Athletes will receive a T-shirt for their entry fee. Shirts will be at the venue.
