Competition Format

The start and finish will be in the ISU Research Park in south Ames. Post race entertainment and refreshments will be available near the starting line.

Separate male and female divisions will be offered in the following age groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and 70 & Over.
