The competition schedule will be posted by Friday, July 23 online only at www.amesfsc.org. Please continue to check the schedule online, as changes may be announced up through July 29.
Please arrive at least an hour prior to your scheduled event, as we reserve the right to start events up to 45 minutes earlier than posted times.
Athletes will receive a colored T-shirt for their entry fee. Pre-registered athletes may upgrade their cotton shirt for a dri-fit for an additional $12 through June 23.
T-shirt pick up will be located indoors at the Scheman Building at the Iowa State Center (MAP). To enter, use the north doors and enter at ground level. Hours are:
Friday, July 30: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday, July 31: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday, August 1: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
All events will be grouped by test level as of entry deadline. Males and females will compete separately if entries warrant. Levels with more than 8 entries may be divided by age. Skaters may enter one level higher than the level for which they are otherwise qualified. Freestyle levels may be combined if there are less than two in a group. ALL AGE RESTRICTIONS MUST BE NO OLDER THAN STATED AGE AS OF JULY 25, 2020. Separate male and female locker rooms will be available.

The practice ice schedule will be posted at www.amesfsc.org by July 29.
USFS rules will apply. The 6.0 USFS judging system will be used for this competition. The referee reserves the right to combine groups of similar ability, if entries warrant. Athletes are not required to be member of the USFSA to participate in State Games, but must meet USFS eligibility requirements. All Iowans are allowed to compete. Non-Iowa residents are allowed to compete if their state either does not have a State Games or does not offer this event in their Games.
Medals will be presented to the top 3 skaters in each event and will be presented throughout the competition as soon as possible after the conclusion of each level.
