Competition Format

Men and women will choose to compete in five possible events: Axle Press for Reps, Frame Deadlift, Wheelbarrow Push, Sandbag Over Bar, & Max Distance Sandbag Carry.

Athletes must be 18 or older on the date of competition.

This event is limited to 50 athletes.

Registration is on-line only through the Iron Podium website. See “Registration” at the top right of the page. On-site registration will NOT be allowed.

Athletes receive a cotton t-shirt with their entry fee.. The deadline to order a shirt is June 26.
