Format

You’ll love Zumba Fitness® classes that feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.

Nancy Shaw and other local Zumba® instructors will lead the non-competitive event.

This is open to all ages and participants can move at his or her own pace and recognition will be given to everybody. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Live Healthy Iowa participants may take part in the Zumba Fitness® for FREE! (You must either wear your 2023 T-shirt or bring a copy of your e-mail entry confirmation/weekly tip).  For more information on Live Healthy Iowa, visit www.livehealthyiowa.org

Entry Fee Perks

Participants will receive a colored T-shirt for their entry fee. Live Healthy Iowa participants may purchase a cotton t-shirt for $5.00 on-site.

For $12, athletes can upgrade to a dri-fit shirt during registration. The deadline to order a dri-fit is June 16. 

Athletes can pick up their shirts at Sukup South End Zone Club at Jack Trice Stadium. Access to Sukup End Zone is from University Boulevard.
