The Iowa Games has teamed up with the Hoover Presidential Foundation and has added Hoover-Ball tournament into our line up of sports. The 32nd annual National Hoover-Ball Championships will be held during Hoover’s Hometown Days. Click here for the history of Hoover-Ball.

Competition Format

Round robin.

A match may last between 15 minutes to 1 hour. Typical matches run 25 – 30 minutes.

Age Determining Date

August 3, 2019

T-shirts

Athletes will receive a colored t-shirt which will be available at your venue.
Pre-registered athletes have the option to upgrade their cotton shirt to a dri-fit shirt for an additional $10 through June 24.

Medals sponsored by Grinnell Mutual

Medals for first, second and third. Medals will be given out at the conclusion of the event.

The top team in each division receives $200 cash prize.
