Format
Pool play will
consist of two sets to
21
(no cap).
Playoffs will consist
of two out of three
sets to 21 (no cap). Third deciding set
to 15. A
one day format will
be used. Only
the top two teams
from each pool will
advance to afternoon
bracket play. 14
& Under and 15 & Under will
play on Saturday,
January 30. 16
& Under and 17-18 & Under will
play on Sunday,
January 31.
Officials
Each team is required to officiate. Teams will be responsible
for officiating games when not scheduled to play. A thorough
knowledge of scorekeeping, line judging and refereeing is
required. An officiating schedule will be provided with the
game schedule. Teams will be subject to forfeiture for
failing to meet this requirement.
Equipment
Officiating team is responsible for providing a game ball.
Age Determining Date

Requirements
September 1, 2009.
An exception can be
made to allow a waivered player to play with her club team by writing a letter of request and sending it with team
entry materials.
This tournament
is open to teams
from both Iowa and
Illinois.
Player
Identification
Should questions relating to an athlete's
age occur, the athlete in question must present a form of identification before
being allowed to play. Forms of identification that are approved
will be passport, driver's license, driver's permit, or a
copy of a birth certificate and photo.
Roster/Changes
A team may have a minimum of six (6) and maximum of
15 players. Teams must start each set with
six players but may end the set due to injury with less. A player may only play
on one team during
this tournament.
Roster Change Postmark deadline: January 20

Waivers should be in the Iowa
Games office by 4:00 pm on January 26.
Teams not returning
their waivers by
January 26 should
bring the waivers, signed by the
parents/legal
guardians, to
your venue.
Please allow extra
time at check-in for
your waivers to be
processed.
Roster changes may be made at no additional charge and must
be postmarked by January 20.
Teams that originally register online may make roster
changes online until January 25. New players and/or replacement players
must complete an
Individual
Entry Form and the waiver must be signed. For replacement
players, please indicate which player they are replacing.
Roster limits will be enforced.
