Competition
Format
Coaches are not
allowed on deck.
Timed finals in all
races. All
swimmers will be pre-seeded. Seed times
indicated on the entry form should be in yards or NT (no
time). The tables below will be the order of events starting with the
female events first. In events with few athletes, the meet management has
the right to seed the males and females together. The 500
Freestyle event is not guaranteed as it is based on the number of swimmers.
Event Limits
A swimmer is limited to four
individual events per day.
Relays
No
relays will be offered
for 2010.

Course, officials, and timing equipment. Please contact the commissioner for
