Format
Coaches are not allowed on deck.
Timed finals in all races. All swimmers will be pre-seeded. Seed times
indicated on the entry form should be in yards or NT (no
time). The tables below will be the order of events starting with the
girls' events first. In events with few athletes, the meet management has
the right to seed the males and females together. The 500
Freestyle event is not guaranteed as it is based on the number of swimmers.
Event Limits
A swimmer is limited to four
individual events per day.
Relays
All
relay events offered
will be for "FUN".
PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER
FOR RELAYS. Relays will
be deck seeded.

United States Swimming rules and YMCA/YWCA rules will apply.
