Competition Format
All ages and genders of the 8K will
run together in one race starting at 7 am. All ages and genders
of the 4K will run together in one race starting at 8 am.
All the 1K (.63
mile) participants will run
together in one race
starting at 8:45 am.
The new 1K race is open
to all runners but
is designed for
runners ages 14 and
under. All 1K
finishers will
receive a medal.
No age divisions
in the 1K will be offered.
Course
The Iowa State University Cross County Course has
played host to two NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships
(1995 & 2000) as well as the 2002 AAU National Championship
and the 1997 Big 12 Conference Championship. The course is 100%
grass and will consist of a loop on the ISU Cross Country
Course. Each 4K loop has 3 hills.
Race Bib Numbers
Arrive early before race time to pick
up race number and final instructions. Race number can be picked
at the shelter prior to race time.
Late Entries
Race day registration is possible
up to 15 minutes
before each race.
On-site entries will
be charged $20. For
athletes under age 18, please bring a completed
Individual Entry
Form, with the parental signature on the waiver portion, or have
the parents attend and sign the waiver on-site.
Race Results
Award winners and everyone's times will
be posted at the completion of the race.

T-shirt for helping out!
