Player Information
Each member of a doubles team must complete
a separate
individual entry form and pay the entry fee. If playing
doubles, all players must indicate who their partner is on
the individual entry form. Individuals wishing to be
assigned a doubles partner should indicate "Need Partner" on
their entry form. The tournament directors will
attempt to assign a partner. On-site doubles entrants
will be accepted for a $25 fee per person unless
pre-registered for a singles event.
**DOUBLES AND MIXED DOUBLES AGE DIVISIONS ARE THE SUM OF THE AGES OF THE
PARTNERS**
NOTE:
- Starting time may
be modified based on the number of entries.
- Age groups may be combined based on the number of entries.
- A player may enter only one singles event, one doubles event
and one mixed doubles event for the entry fee.
- Shuttles will be provided.
- Players must furnish their own racquet.
