Fitness Walk Des Moines

Competition Format

The walk is non-competitive and will be open to people of all ages. Participants may walk either a 5K or 10K (3.1 Miles or 6.2 Miles) distance. A participant may walk at his or her own pace and recognition will be given to everybody. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Pets, with the exception of service animals, are not allowed.

Check-in

Des Moines athletes should check-in on the third floor at 5th and Walnut.

Awards

Each paying athlete will receive a T-shirt.

$5.00 / Individual (No charge for 2012 Live Healthy Iowa participants if you wear your 2012 LHI T-shirt or bring a copy of your e-mail confirmation, access card)
