Competition format

This is a meet for individual competition only. Timed finals in all races. All swimmers will be deck seeded. A swimmer is limited to 3 individual events and 2 relays per day.

Rules

Current United States Swimming rules will be used.

Age Determining Date

July 1, 2012

Awards

Gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded in each age/gender division. No medals will be sent, please pick up medals prior to leaving the site.

Sport Specific Information

Coaches are not allowed on deck. Only authorized personnel will allowed on the deck

In events with few athletes, the meet management has the right to seed divisions together

The 500 yard event is not guaranteed as it is based on the number of swimmers

Seed times shold be in yards or NT (no time)

Relays
Please do not register for relays. These will be deck formed by random draw. Individuals wanting to swim relays must also be in one individual event each day of participation. Swimmers participating in relays must notify the clerk of course by completing the relay card before the end of warm ups for each session.

Volunteers
Volunteers are needed for Clerk of Course, Officials and Timing. Please contact the commissioner for more details.
