Competition Format
Enjoy the scenic Boone River, Briggs Woods Trail System and Briggs Woods Park in this approximately 15-20 mile, 2-3 hour adventure race. It is designed to challenge adventure racers of all ability levels. Teams will collect check points along the course while completing team challenges.
8 - 10 miles Mountain Biking
3 - 5 miles Trekking
4 - 5 miles Canoeing
3 Team Challenges

This is an unsupported race- required gear must be carried by the team at all times- support crews will not be allowed

Age Determining Date
June 22, 2013. Participants must be 16 years of age by the day of competition.
T-Shirts
Racers will receive a dri-fit shirt if they pre-register. Dri fit shirts not guaranteed if you register onsite. Note: When you register online the shirt will say it is a cotton shirt due to the registration system set up for multiple sports within the Iowa Games.

Equipment
Teams can either bring their own canoe or rent a canoe during online registration. NO KAYAKS will be allowed.
Canoe Rental - $25.00 per team; includes canoe, paddles and lifejackets.

Showers will be available at various locations in Webster City for after the race.

Awards
The top 3 teams in each division will receive medals. Medals will be mailed out due to the staggard start time.
